1. Our building and physical facilities can accommodate an excellent office area for over 50 design engineers to support aerospace projects and works making leverage of all our current departments and established organization in areas such as human resources, accounting, finance, licenses and permits to start fast operations in conjunction with insurances and applicable policies and regulations established by the government to facilitate and accelerate your start-up and fast initiation of the new business.

2. Our excellent group of engineers and professionals with practical experience in several areas can complement this initiative. Their expertise cover all engineering areas such as: Civil, Computer, Electric, Chemical, Industrial, Biotechnology, Mechanical, and other life sciences areas.

OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION: We are interested in identify new or innovative products that we can commercialize and manufacture in our facilities in Puerto Rico to be distributed inside or outside United Status, Europe and other countries.   

Preferable, but not limited, with the following characteristics:

1. Innovative product needed by many people to improve their health and quality of life.  It can be an existing non-patented product.

2. Liquid product that can be formulated, processed and filled in containers between 2 to 120 mL, e.g. suspensions, oral liquids, etc.

3. Low production costs with relative simple manufacturing process.

4. Ambient storage conditions, preferred: e.g. temp. light, humidity, etc.

5. Prolonged expiration date: over 12 months.

6. Minimum safety hazards involved, adverse effects or risks to the ambient and people working, handling or consuming it.

7. Some evidence that the product can effective, stable, secure, accurate, reproducible and suitable for its intended use with minimum side effects.
